The colour is deep yellow with reflections of polished gold. The aroma is typical tramin spiciness, oranges and overripe kiwi.
The taste follows the aroma exactly, it is dense and heavy. The higher residual sugar creates harmony with the spicy acidity.
The maceration time of the mash was 24 hours and the wine was left on fine yeast lees for 4 months.
