The color of polished gold. The aroma is very distinctive, with ripe notes of yellow fruit and honey. It is complemented by a soft touch of acacia wood.
The taste is very full, balanced, pleasantly ripe.
The mash maceration time was 48 hours. 1/3 of the wine matured for one year in an acacia barrel, the remaining 2/3 in a stainless steel tank.
